New Football Season 2026-27

August 16, 2026 By John Padmore

Welcome to the new season – preparations are well underway for the start of the new season in September

A new football season is beginning, and everyone at Park Regis Junior Football Club would like to welcome back our players, parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters.

We hope all our Park Regis teams have an enjoyable and successful 2026/27 season. Whether results go your way or not, the most important things are enjoying football, developing as players, supporting teammates and representing the club positively.

Park Regis JFC has been providing junior football in Sittingbourne since 1998. As an England Football Accredited Club, we aim to give boys and girls a safe, friendly and inclusive environment in which to play, learn and enjoy football.

Interested in joining Park Regis JFC?

The beginning of a new season is an excellent time to find a local football team for your child.

For the 2026/27 season, Park Regis JFC has opportunities across a range of age groups, including:

  • Mini Ballers for children aged 3–6
  • Under 7s
  • Under 8 Reds
  • Under 8 Blues
  • Under 9s
  • Under 11s
  • Under 12s
  • Under 15 Blues
  • Under 15 Reds

Some teams may be looking for additional players or particular playing positions. Availability can change throughout the season, so parents should contact the relevant team manager directly to ask about current spaces, training arrangements and whether the team would be suitable for their child.

Our Under 15 Reds are currently particularly interested in hearing from goalkeepers who will be in school Year 9 or Year 10 from September 2026.

Players, managers, coaches and volunteers welcome

We are also pleased to hear from adults interested in becoming a team manager, coach, assistant or club volunteer.

If Park Regis does not currently operate a team for a particular age group, we would be happy to hear from people interested in helping to form one. The club may be able to provide guidance and support with qualifications, safeguarding requirements, equipment, training facilities and entering an appropriate local league.

You do not necessarily need previous coaching experience to make an initial enquiry. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to providing children with a safe and positive football experience.

Find the right Park Regis team

Visit our Join Us page to see the teams and opportunities currently available. You can then contact the appropriate team manager directly for the most accurate information.

We look forward to another enjoyable season of grassroots football in Sittingbourne.

One club. One community. One team.
